‘Salt and Pepper’ Cucumber is a classic pickling size cucumber with a fantastic taste and great white, pale green colour! Sweet, vibrant and crunchy, this is a great cucumber eaten fresh and we fill our crock pot with them making great classic dill pickles!
Combining the genes preserved for generations with the genus of Cornell’s public plant breeding from the era of Molly Jahn and Jason Cavatorta, ‘Salt and Pepper’ offers organic growers inbuilt resistance to Powdery Mildew and Angular Leaf Spot.
The miniature black spines, that inspired the name and dot the white & pale lemon fruits are barely noticeable.
